ALL SAINTS CHURCH has a number of rooms and halls available for hire at competitive rates which can be tailored to suit the individual needs of small groups or larger gatherings. 

The facilities, located in three separate buildings, include:

Church Centre

Main Worship Area  - able to accommodate up to 320 with full public address and audio visual facility. Staging is available at additional cost for theatrical or music performances.

 


 

 

 

Picture Room - a private meeting room for up to 20.
 

 


 

 

Downstairs Rooms - Large modern hall with a commercially equipped kitchen. The hall can accommodate up to 175 persons (theatre style) or 120 seated for a reception. It is an ideal venue for wedding receptions (if the wedding has taken place at All Saints), exhibitions or conferences. The Hall can be split into 4 separate, soundproofed units if required, each able to comfortably seat 25-30. PA equipment is available.
 


All Saints Halls

Main Hall - A large hall and small kitchen. The Hall is licensed for public entertainment and is able to accommodate up to 120 (seated) or 150 (standing).

 



 

Coffee Bar - a carpeted meeting room which can seat up to 60 (theatre style) or 50 (seated). The room has a serving area with sink, fridge and dishwasher. 

 

 



 

Equipment

The following equipment is available to hirers (a small fee may apply): digital projector, flip charts, overhead projector, screens.

All bookings must be made directly with the Church Office, and no booking is confirmed until a booking form has been completed, signed and returned to the office by the hirer.

Hire fees and payment terms are to be agreed with the Office. Payment may be made by cash or cheque (cheques should be made payable to 'All Saints Church').

(The serving/selling of alcohol on church premises is at the discretion of the Church Administrator, Adrian Bailey. If permission is given then the hirer may be required to obtain a Temporary Event Notice from the Local Authority prior to their event. Details are obtainable from the Church Office)
